General terms for buyers of digital trading tools on AlgoScriptX. German buyers may also refer to AGB (DE).
1. Scope and operator
These Terms of Service apply to purchases of digital products via algoscriptx.com, operated by / AlgoScriptX, 
(“we”, “platform”).
AlgoScriptX is a marketplace: individual products may be offered by third-party sellers. The contract for the product is between you and the seller; we provide the platform, payment processing (when enabled), and delivery infrastructure.
2. Products and no investment advice
Products are software tools (indicators, cBots, Expert Advisors, scripts, etc.) for trading platforms. They are not investment advice, portfolio management, or a recommendation to buy or sell financial instruments. Past performance and backtests are not reliable indicators of future results. You trade at your own risk.
3. Account, order, and delivery
Purchases require a valid email address. After successful payment (when live), you receive access to downloads, license keys, or platform-specific delivery (e.g. TradingView invite). Delivery is digital only; no physical goods are shipped.
4. License and use restrictions
- Licenses are personal unless the product page states otherwise.
- You may not resell, share, or publicly redistribute files or license keys.
- Reverse engineering or circumventing license protection is prohibited.
- You are responsible for compliance with your broker, platform, and local laws.
5. Prices and payment
Prices shown on the product page are final (EUR unless stated). No VAT is charged — we operate as a small business under § 19 German VAT Act (UStG). Payment is processed by third-party providers when live payments are enabled. We do not store full payment card data.

6. Withdrawal and refunds
EU consumers have statutory withdrawal rights subject to exceptions for digital content. Details are in our Refund & Right of Withdrawal policy. By consenting at checkout to immediate delivery you may lose the withdrawal right once download or access begins.
Voluntary refund requests require your account to be in good standing: no open payment disputes, chargebacks, or material violations of these Terms.
7. Support and disputes
Product support is provided by the seller or via . For payment or platform issues contact us at the same address. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract. Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies. For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is the operator’s registered seat in Germany; for consumers, the statutory rules apply.
