Information on statutory withdrawal and refunds for digital products. German version: Widerrufsbelehrung (DE).
1. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right, use our online withdrawal function at /withdraw/ (English) or /widerruf-online/ (German). Alternatively, send a clear statement (e.g. email) to including your name, order number, and date of purchase.
When you use the online function, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email on a durable medium. This confirmation relates to receipt only and does not state whether the withdrawal is legally effective.
2. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of your notice, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
3. Digital content — early loss of withdrawal right
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, your withdrawal right expires if:
- you expressly agreed that we begin performance before the end of the 14-day period, and
- you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once download or access to the digital content has started.
This consent is requested at checkout (required checkbox). Wording matches the ASX checkout withdrawal waiver on this site.
4. Voluntary refunds and defects
Outside statutory withdrawal, you may request a voluntary goodwill refund within 14 days of purchase from your order page (reason and evidence required). This is separate from the statutory withdrawal function above.
For defects or products not as described, contact with your order details. We work with sellers to provide updates or replacements where appropriate. Chargebacks should only be used after contacting us so we can resolve the issue.
Refund requests require your account to be in good standing: no open payment disputes, chargebacks, or material violations of our Terms of Service.
